FAQs
Last updated: This page is reviewed whenever our products, delivery partners, payment methods or customer-care processes change. These answers are written for customers shopping from Vorlise in India. If your order confirmation or a product page contains a more specific instruction, that specific instruction will apply to that order.
Orders and account questions
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You may check out as a guest by providing the contact and delivery information needed to process the order. Creating an account can make repeat purchases easier because you may be able to view orders, save addresses and manage account details in one place. Whether you use an account or guest checkout, please enter a working mobile number, email address and complete postal address. We use those details to send confirmation, payment, dispatch and delivery updates. An account does not change your product price, statutory rights or eligibility for a valid offer.
How do I know that my order was successfully placed?
After a successful checkout, the website displays an order confirmation and normally sends a confirmation email or message containing an order number. A payment debit alone does not always mean that an order was completed, because a payment network can show a temporary debit while the checkout is interrupted. If you do not receive an order number within a reasonable time, first check spam or promotions folders and your account order history. Then contact customer care with the payment reference, amount, date, mobile number and email used at checkout. Do not share a card PIN, CVV or one-time password.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change a phone number, address detail or cancel an order only before the warehouse has packed or handed it to the courier. Once a shipment is in transit, a change may be impossible because the label and courier manifest have already been generated. Refusing a prepaid parcel can delay a refund until the shipment returns and is checked. A cash-on-delivery order that is repeatedly refused may make that payment method unavailable for later orders. Cancellation rights available under mandatory law are not restricted by this operational process.
Why was my order or item cancelled?
An item may be cancelled if inventory was damaged during picking, stock data was incorrect, payment could not be verified, a price was obviously erroneous, the delivery address is incomplete or the courier cannot serve the pin code. We may also pause an order when automated checks indicate possible unauthorised payment, coupon misuse or unusually repeated transactions. If we cancel a paid item, the amount charged for that item is returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside our direct control, but we will provide the available refund reference if you need to follow up.
Products and routine questions
How should I choose the right product?
Start with the concern described on the product page, then read the ingredient list, directions, cautions and suitability information. A cosmetic product should be chosen for a specific routine goal rather than because a single ingredient is popular. If you have a diagnosed scalp or skin condition, sudden hair loss, broken skin, a known allergy, pregnancy-related concerns or an active prescription routine, ask a qualified medical professional before introducing a new product. Customer care can explain product information and routine order, but cannot diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment or guarantee an individual result.
How soon should I expect visible results?
Timing depends on the product, concern, consistency, baseline condition and individual biology. Cleansing feel, texture and hydration may be noticed quickly, while the appearance of hair density, uneven tone or long-standing marks generally requires consistent use over several weeks or months. Hair grows in cycles, so a scalp product cannot create meaningful visible length overnight. Use the product exactly as directed and photograph the same area in similar lighting if you want to compare progress. Stop use and seek advice if you experience persistent irritation, swelling, pain or another unexpected reaction.
Should I patch test a new product?
Yes, especially if your skin is sensitive or you have reacted to cosmetics before. Apply a small amount to a limited area according to the product direction, leave or rinse it as instructed, and observe the area before broader use. A patch test reduces risk but cannot predict every reaction. Do not patch test on broken, freshly shaved, sunburnt or actively inflamed skin. Introduce one new active product at a time so you can identify what caused a problem. If severe burning, facial swelling, breathing difficulty or widespread hives occur, stop using the product and seek urgent medical assistance.
Can I combine Vorlise products with other brands or active ingredients?
Often yes, but compatibility depends on the exact formulas and your tolerance. Avoid stacking several exfoliating acids, strong retinoids or irritating treatments in the same routine without professional guidance. Separate products when their directions recommend different times of day, and do not assume that more frequent application produces faster results. Sunscreen is important when a routine includes ingredients that can increase sensitivity to sunlight. If another product is a medicine or was prescribed by a clinician, follow that clinician’s instructions first. Product pages provide routine guidance, but they cannot account for every formula sold by another company.
Are product colours, textures and packaging always identical?
Small differences may occur between manufacturing batches because of ingredient origin, temperature, natural colour variation or packaging updates. Screen settings and photography can also make colours appear different. A reasonable variation that does not affect safety, quantity or intended performance is not necessarily a defect. However, do not use a product if the seal is broken, the container is leaking, the smell is sharply unusual, the texture has separated unexpectedly or the package details do not match the order. Send clear photographs of the outer package, label, batch number and affected product so we can review it.
Are Vorlise products medicines or a substitute for treatment?
No. Unless a product is expressly identified and lawfully sold as a medicine, Vorlise personal-care and cosmetic products are intended for external cosmetic use. Descriptions of ingredients, studies or appearance-related benefits are educational and do not amount to diagnosis, treatment or prevention of disease. Hair shedding, severe dandruff, pigmentation, persistent itching and eye-area concerns can have medical causes. See a dermatologist or other qualified practitioner when symptoms are sudden, painful, spreading, recurring or worrying. Never stop prescribed treatment because of marketing copy, a review, a customer-care response or information on this website.
Payment, offers and pricing
Which payment methods can I use?
The methods displayed at checkout are the methods currently available for your order and location. They may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, cash on delivery or another gateway-supported option. Payment services are operated by their respective providers and may apply security checks, limits or temporary downtime. Vorlise does not ask you to send a card PIN, CVV or one-time password through email, phone, social media or chat. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for those credentials, do not share them and contact us using the details published on the website.
What happens if payment fails but money is debited?
A failed or interrupted payment can create a temporary debit or bank hold. In many cases the bank or payment provider reverses it automatically without Vorlise receiving the funds. Check whether an order number was created and wait for the provider’s normal reconciliation period. If the debit remains after that period, send us the transaction reference, date, amount and checkout contact details. We can confirm whether the payment reached the store. Your bank or payment provider controls the final posting and reversal timeline, so they may also need to trace the transaction using the payment reference.
How do coupon codes and sale prices work?
Each offer has conditions such as dates, minimum order value, eligible products, category limits, customer-use limits or payment requirements. Enter a code exactly as shown before payment. The cart will display whether it is accepted and the discount applied. Unless an offer specifically says otherwise, multiple coupons cannot be combined. Removing an item can make the remaining cart ineligible. A discount has no cash value and cannot reduce an order below limits set by the system. If a published offer conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the law prevails; otherwise the clear offer terms shown with the promotion apply.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We aim to ship to serviceable pin codes across India. Estimated dispatch and delivery windows appear in the Shipping Policy, product page, checkout or order communication. Most estimates are working-day ranges, not guaranteed appointment dates. Delivery can take longer during public holidays, major sales, severe weather, transport disruption, regional restrictions, address verification or high courier volume. Remote locations may require additional transit time. Tracking becomes useful after the courier scans the parcel; a label-created status does not always mean physical movement has started. Contact us if tracking remains unchanged beyond the period stated in the Shipping Policy.
What if tracking says delivered but I did not receive the parcel?
Check with household members, reception, security staff, neighbours and any safe place where deliveries are normally left. Confirm that the address and phone number on the order are correct. Then contact customer care promptly with the order number and tracking details. Couriers retain delivery scans and investigation data for limited periods, so early reporting helps. We may ask you to confirm non-receipt in writing or cooperate with the courier’s investigation. A delivery scan is reviewed with other available evidence; it does not automatically prevent a genuine customer from raising a complaint.
What should I do if the parcel is damaged, leaking or contains the wrong item?
Keep the outer shipping box, label, invoice and product packaging. Take clear photographs or a short unedited video showing the parcel from all sides, the label, seal, batch information and the problem. Contact us within the reporting window in the Return & Refund Policy. Do not discard the item until we confirm whether pickup is required. We review the evidence and may offer replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy. Normal transit marks on the outer box are not automatically product damage, but leakage, broken seals, missing quantity or an incorrect product should be reported promptly.
Returns, refunds and support
Can I return an opened personal-care product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, a change-of-mind return normally requires the product to be unopened, unused, sealed and in its original saleable packaging. An opened product may still qualify for review when it is defective, damaged, contaminated, incorrectly supplied or subject to another remedy required by law. A product not suiting personal preference is different from a manufacturing defect. Read the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, reporting windows and evidence. Nothing in our hygiene rules removes a remedy that cannot legally be excluded for defective goods or an unfair trade practice.
How long does a refund take?
After approval, we initiate a refund to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. The store’s processing and the bank’s posting are separate stages. We normally initiate eligible refunds within the period stated in the Return & Refund Policy, while banks, card networks and payment services may take additional working days to display the credit. Cash-on-delivery refunds may require verified bank or UPI details provided through a secure method. We never require your PIN, CVV or one-time password to issue a refund. Keep the refund reference until the credit appears.
How can I contact customer care or make a complaint?
Email vorlisecare@gmail.com using the email linked to the order when possible. Include your order number, a concise description, the remedy you want and relevant photographs or transaction references. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive payment credentials. We aim to acknowledge messages within one working day and resolve ordinary order issues as quickly as reasonably possible. Complex courier, payment or quality investigations can take longer because another service provider may need to respond. If you remain dissatisfied, ask for escalation and use any grievance or consumer remedy available under applicable law.
Which policy applies if two pages appear inconsistent?
Read the policies together. Product-specific cautions control how that product should be used; offer-specific terms control that promotion; the Shipping Policy covers dispatch and transit; and the Return & Refund Policy covers post-delivery remedies. Terms & Conditions provide the broader contract, while the Privacy Policy explains data handling. If two statements genuinely conflict, the more specific and more recent statement normally applies to that subject, but mandatory legal rights always prevail. Contact customer care before ordering if a difference would materially affect your decision. We will clarify the applicable term and correct any inaccurate page.
