Last updated: This Disclaimer Policy explains the limits of information, product claims, reviews, links and tools on the Vorlise website. It does not remove responsibilities that the law places on the seller, manufacturer or another party, and it does not exclude a consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

1. General information

The website provides product descriptions, ingredient information, routine suggestions, educational articles, frequently asked questions and customer-support guidance. This material is intended to help you understand and use personal-care products. It is general information, not a complete assessment of your individual health, allergies, medicines, environment or history. We try to keep it accurate and readable, but information can change as formulas, packaging, evidence and legal requirements evolve. Review the current product label and consult an appropriately qualified professional when a personal decision requires expertise beyond ordinary cosmetic guidance.

2. No medical diagnosis or treatment

Unless a product is expressly and lawfully identified as a medicine, Vorlise products are cosmetics or personal-care goods intended for their labelled external-use purpose. Website references to hair fall, dandruff, appearance, uneven tone, texture, hydration, under-eye appearance or ingredient research do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. A customer-care response, review or routine suggestion is not a prescription. Sudden hair loss, severe scaling, bleeding, infection, persistent swelling, eye pain, widespread rash or another significant symptom should be assessed by a dermatologist, doctor or other qualified practitioner.

3. Individual results vary

Results depend on biology, age, baseline condition, consistency, dosage, technique, other products, medicines, nutrition, stress, sleep, environment and many factors outside the product. A timeline described on a page is a general expectation, not a guarantee. Before-and-after images can be influenced by lighting, angle, grooming, camera settings and individual response. A refund is not automatically due merely because a cosmetic result differs from another person’s experience, although a defective, misdescribed or otherwise legally non-compliant product is handled under the Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

4. Ingredient and research references

An ingredient may have supplier studies, laboratory data, published research or a history of cosmetic use, but evidence for an ingredient does not always predict the result of every finished formula on every person. Concentration, delivery system, stability, combination, use pattern and study population matter. 5. Patch testing and sensitivity

Vorlise is responsible for its own marketing statements but does not automatically adopt every medical or factual claim written by a reviewer.

11. Social media and creator content

Posts by creators, affiliates, customers or independent social-media users may mention Vorlise. Unless content appears through an official account or authorised campaign, it may not represent our position. Even sponsored content should be read with the current product page and label. We expect material relationships to be disclosed and do not authorise false promises or fabricated results. A platform can edit, remove or algorithmically present content outside our control. 14. Storage and product condition

Product performance and safety can be affected by storage after delivery. Follow the package instructions, keep caps closed, use clean hands or applicators, and avoid heat, direct sunlight, freezing, water entry or cross-contamination. Do not use a product after the printed expiry or recommended period after opening. A defect present at delivery is different from deterioration caused solely by improper storage or alteration. If the product arrives hot, frozen, leaking, separated or otherwise concerning, document the condition and contact us before use rather than attempting to repair or decant it.

15. Professional and emergency advice

We may update this disclaimer when products, evidence, website features, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. A correction does not erase rights connected with an earlier misleading statement, and a historical screenshot should be assessed with the order date, page context and applicable law.
