Terms & Conditions
Last updated: These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Vorlise website and purchases made through it. Please read them with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Disclaimer Policy and any product-specific or offer-specific terms displayed before checkout. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. About the store and these terms
“Vorlise”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the online store and the legal entity identified on the tax invoice or order communication. “You” and “customer” refer to the person accessing the website or placing an order. These terms apply to visitors, registered users and guest customers. They do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If a mandatory law gives you a stronger protection than a clause below, that protection prevails. Contact vorlisecare@gmail.com before purchasing if you do not understand a term that materially affects your order.
2. Eligibility and customer responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering a contract and must provide accurate, current and complete information. If you are under the age required to contract independently, a parent or lawful guardian must place or authorise the order. You are responsible for checking the product description, ingredients, size, quantity, price, delivery address and payment selection before confirming checkout. Keep account credentials confidential and notify us if you reasonably suspect unauthorised use. You may not impersonate another person, submit a false address, misuse payment credentials, evade purchase limits or use the website for an unlawful purpose.
3. Website information and availability
We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, stock status and policy information accurate. Minor colour differences can result from photography, screen settings, packaging revisions or normal batch variation. Typographical, technical or inventory errors can occur. We may correct an error, update content or withdraw an unavailable item. If a material error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you where reasonably possible and offer an appropriate correction, cancellation or refund. Website availability is not guaranteed without interruption; maintenance, hosting, network, security or force-majeure events may temporarily restrict access.
4. Product purpose and suitability
Vorlise products are personal-care or cosmetic products unless expressly identified otherwise. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or prescribed medicine. Ingredient information and appearance-related claims must be read with the directions and cautions on the product page and package. Results vary by person, consistency, condition and other routine factors. You are responsible for reviewing known allergies and performing an appropriate patch test. Seek professional advice for pregnancy, breastfeeding, diagnosed disease, sudden or severe symptoms, prescription treatments or a history of serious reactions. Stop use and obtain medical help when a reaction requires it.
5. Prices, taxes and display errors
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless the website states otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts are displayed according to the checkout configuration and order details. Prices may change before an order is accepted, but an ordinary later price change does not alter an accepted order. If a price is clearly incorrect because of a technical or human error, we may pause or cancel the affected item rather than supply it at an obviously unintended amount. When a paid item is cancelled, we return the amount actually charged for it. Your bank or payment service controls the time required to post that credit.
6. Offers, coupons and promotions
Promotions may have start and end dates, minimum values, eligible products, payment restrictions, customer-use limits or stock limits. A code must be entered correctly and accepted by the checkout before payment. Unless the offer expressly permits stacking, only one coupon may be used per order. Removing or returning an item may change eligibility and can reduce the refundable amount by the discount attributable to that item. Promotional benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless stated, and may be withdrawn before use. We may reject abusive, automated, duplicated or fraudulent participation while honouring genuine consumer rights.
7. Order submission and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request but does not always mean that every item has been accepted for fulfilment. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order for processing or dispatch, subject to payment, stock, address serviceability and reasonable verification. We may limit quantities, split a shipment or cancel an item if stock is unavailable, the address is incomplete, payment is not authorised, an error is material or fraud screening requires rejection. If only part of an order is cancelled, the remaining accepted items may still be dispatched.
8. Payment and transaction security
Payment options shown at checkout are provided through banks, gateways or other service providers. Their separate terms may apply to processing, authentication, limits and downtime. We do not ask for a card PIN, CVV or one-time password by email, telephone, messaging app or social media. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. A failed payment may create a temporary debit or hold that the payment provider reverses through its reconciliation process. If you report a mismatch, provide the order number and transaction reference, but never send sensitive authentication credentials.
9. Dispatch, delivery and risk
Dispatch and delivery estimates are described in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. They are good-faith working-day estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times unless we expressly promise a guaranteed service. Delivery can be affected by weather, holidays, remote locations, courier capacity, strikes, public restrictions, address issues or events outside reasonable control. You must provide an address where the parcel can be safely received and a working phone number for delivery coordination. Risk and title pass as provided by applicable law. Report non-delivery, visible damage, leakage, tampering or an incorrect item promptly so evidence remains available.
10. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligibility, reporting periods, hygiene restrictions, evidence requirements and refund processing are explained in the Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns for personal-care products normally require the item to remain unused, unopened, sealed and saleable. Defective, damaged, leaking, counterfeit, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are reviewed separately and may qualify for a remedy despite ordinary hygiene restrictions. We may ask for photographs, packaging, batch details or pickup. Refunds are generally sent to the original payment method. Nothing in this clause excludes a statutory remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Accounts, reviews and user content
If the website allows accounts, reviews, questions or other submissions, you must provide content that is honest, relevant and lawful. Do not upload confidential information, payment credentials, medical records, hate speech, threats, malware, spam, copied material without permission or misleading claims. By submitting a review or image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it and grant us a non-exclusive permission to display, format and moderate it for store-related purposes. We may remove content that violates these rules, but we do not promise to review every submission before publication.
12. Intellectual property
The website design, Vorlise branding, original photographs, text, graphics, product presentation and software elements are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may view and make a reasonable personal copy of order or policy information for non-commercial use. You may not reproduce the catalogue, scrape data at scale, copy branding, sell website content, remove rights notices, create a misleadingly similar storefront or use our material to suggest an endorsement without written permission. Product names or marks belonging to third parties remain the property of those owners. Lawful quotation, review and other permitted use remain unaffected.
13. Prohibited conduct and site security
You must not interfere with checkout, probe security, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, automate abusive requests, harvest personal data, manipulate reviews, exploit a pricing fault, create false accounts or use the website to violate another person’s rights. We may restrict access, cancel abusive transactions, preserve relevant logs and cooperate with lawful investigations when reasonably necessary. Security measures are intended to protect customers and the store, but no internet system is completely risk free. Tell us promptly if you discover a suspected vulnerability; do not publicly expose customer data or continue testing beyond what is necessary to describe the issue.
14. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on payment gateways, courier tracking, analytics, embedded media, social platforms or external links. A link does not automatically mean that we control or endorse every statement on the destination. Third parties operate under their own availability, security, privacy and service terms. We choose providers with a legitimate operational purpose and share information as described in the Privacy Policy, but we cannot guarantee an external system will always be uninterrupted. If an external service is unavailable, we may use a reasonable alternative or contact you with options relevant to the order.
15. Liability and reasonable limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or remote loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from a breach, or for loss caused solely by misuse contrary to clear instructions, an undisclosed allergy, an unauthorised account user or an event outside reasonable control. We do not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude, including liability arising from fraud or mandatory consumer protections. Any limitation must be read fairly and in context. Your obligation to minimise avoidable loss does not prevent you from reporting a genuine defect, delivery issue or unfair practice.
16. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why it is needed, who receives it, how long it may be kept and how you may exercise available rights. Transactional messages concerning payment, security, dispatch, delivery, returns and account service are different from optional marketing. You may opt out of promotional communication using the unsubscribe method or by contacting us, while necessary order communication may continue. Do not send more personal information than is required to resolve your request. We may retain records when reasonably needed for fulfilment, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
17. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send an order complaint to vorlisecare@gmail.com with the order number, facts, relevant evidence and the remedy requested. We aim to acknowledge it promptly and investigate in good faith. Courier, payment or manufacturing investigations may require input from another provider. If the first response does not resolve the issue, request escalation. These terms do not prevent you from using a consumer commission, regulator, court, mediation mechanism or another remedy available under applicable law. The governing law and jurisdiction are those validly applicable to the transaction, including mandatory consumer forum rules.
18. Changes, severability and contact
We may update these terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. The version available when an order is placed generally governs that order, except where a later change is required by law or is expressly accepted. If one provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to the extent they can operate independently. A delay in enforcing a term is not an automatic waiver. Headings are for readability. For questions, contact vorlisecare@gmail.com. Keep a copy of the terms and order confirmation for your records.
Legal notice: These Terms & Conditions are designed as a customer-readable operating policy for an Indian online personal-care store. They must be applied consistently with the Consumer Protection Act, applicable e-commerce rules, data-protection requirements and any other mandatory law. They are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer who has reviewed the store’s actual legal entity, registrations, products, tax position and fulfilment practices.
